Great to see how much you enjoyed working with your team at Ethos! I completely agree with you that we need to do better at providing upward mobility for our people at Ethos in a more structured manner. We're introducing quite a bit on the leadership, growth and advancement topic in the coming months so we can have more focused conversations with our team members about what's next in their career, how to get there and provide the development necessary to learn, grow and advance. We recently introduced a partnership with Bravely, a coaching for all company, so our people can have unlimited access to coaches professionally and personally to grow and succeed.
