Good place for freshers...who can't find a better company.
Pros
Opportunities to go and work in Europe region for a while, especially for freshers in their honeymoon phase of career. Fun activities on the floor and team outings New building, but an isolated location
Cons
Its nothing but a large family business, where all decisions including hiring and firing people in India and elsewhere are taken by the two brothers in Belgium who own the company. The India management has no control on decisions taken from Europe, and India managers always face the brunt of bad decisions from there. No work life balance due to factory type punch in-punch out timings, and work timings are to coordinate with Europe timings. Regional favoritism exists Office location is very inconvenient. Its a long walk even for basic amenities like a restaurant. Salaries are not on par with competitors in almost all roles.
