Pros

This could also be a con but overtime was a real thing here. You get at least 5 hours of overtime a paycheck so pay was nice because of that. Nothing else.

Cons

Heavy workload, not enough employees, no employee recognition. Be prepared to hurt yourself (wrist, hands etc) from repetitive motion. Poor pay. No room for growth within the company. Big company that doesn't take care of it's people. Terribly incompetent supervisors and managers.

Pros

They give full benefits (health, eye, dental and 401k) and they will give 15 days PTO.

Cons

Those PTO counts as your sick days and they (Eurofins) will pay you half of what the client is paying eurofins for you. So if the client is paying $70,000 for you then you will only see $50,000 as you annual pay or less then that if you are straight out of school. People that were fresh out of college with no experience with engineering degrees getting paid $19/hr.

Pros

This is one of the few contracting companies** that offers benefits. (They do not consider themselves a contracting company but...they are.) A good job for someone right out of college just starting their career maybe.

Cons

Offensively low pay. High turnover- I’ve had multiple leadership changes in a short period of time and none of them stick around long enough to build any sort of rapport. No true career development growth- training opportunities are poor and sparse for those who don’t work at headquarters. Get EVERYTHING they offer you on the phone in writing- they will tell you what you want to hear when they offer you a job and you very quickly learn that they can’t keep their promises.
