Incredible, empathetic, and observant managers who recognize my value. Although, I could be very wrong. Rather decent medical, dental, and vision benefits Decent PTO Great opportunities available to build/gain experience and one’s resume

Cons

Pay is pathetic Company and training are a joke No bonuses, no raises ever No avenue in which to advance No matter what legitimate issues, this company will fire their employees without hesitation. Do not expect anyone to be empathetic/sympathetic to real life issues. Again, overall, this company is a joke. Do not waste your time. Merck, J&J, Sanofi, and more—all of which I have worked—are far superior. I heard positive reviews of ELL, not the case. Run.

benefits are good, paid time off is good but no sick time

Cons

Inconsistent leadership, I personally haven't had a group leader(supervisor), person who handles annual reviews that directly impact performance based pay increases, for more than one consecutive year. Pay is literally a fraction of the full time employees of the companies you are assigned to for equal work. Upper management does not address any of your concerns.

Business is in decline with sister site shutting down this year, high turnover due to poor management that has been in place in all areas less than a year, many reorgs within last two years, terrible benefits, not much room for growth/promotion
