IT Department is HORRIBLE. RUN! LOW PAY!

Cons

IT Department is tasked with hundreds of projects and do NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO fulfill the demands of the projects. Service desk is treated like TRASH. The operations team takes 3 hour lunch breaks and no one bats an eye. You assign a ticket to them they come to your desk and yell at you. VERY LOW PAY! DO NOT WORK HERE.

A paycheck and benefits is all you can expect on the positive side.

Cons

Company thinks they know the industry in the USA. They don't. I'm losing bids left and right.....our prices are too high, and clients don't like us. I'm sure u can find a job elsewhere.

Ability to work from home therefore did not have to move my family to another state or country.

Cons

Their was no formal training in place for how to use the systems. The training provided was by an experienced employee who was overwhelmed with own assigned work. Other departments would ask questions via email & calling of the more experience staff but would not get a response. The questions and task would eventually fall on the new hires. When asking experienced employees and the manager how to complete certain task required from the other department teams or from clients. I would be told not worry about the task, training would occur later and they (management) would take care of it. Months later the new hires were fired for not being knowledgeable enough to complete task.
