You are treated very badly if you work as a PSS. The client's full time employees will exploit all your hard work. You will work longer for less pay, while your full time colleagues steal the credit for all the work. Be prepared for working two jobs and two bosses for the crappy pay. You are called a full time employee with Eurofins but the client site will always remind you that you are a contractor through toxic behavior. And be prepared to have a group leader who won't defend you when you speak up about this harrassment because it is about money in the end.
