Toxic Culture - you are a statistic here NOT an employee. Repetitive corrupt use of position/power to downplay your weaknesses to save them paying a bonus to you - manager tells me that I am sub-par and dont deserve it but made it sound like a favor done to me
You will regret this job and the pathetic managers assigned to demotivate you, compare to other teams and say do better. Others get paid better - you DONT
Management will reshuffle you to a team if youre stats are bad and then say goodbye
Thrown under the bus - YOUR TEAM WILL find every reason to report you the manager -> close calls included. These "close calls" are the crux of a bad review
