Pros

Autonomy, great leadership, beautiful properties, commitment to guests, good location. The leadership wants you to do well, and gives you the resources and encouragement to do so. Prior to joining the company, I asked a few former colleagues what they thought and they all said some version of "its like a family"- in that they care about the colleagues - and so far I have found that to be true. Lunch in the cafeteria is always good - they have a daily well stocked salad bar and different hot items every day.

Cons

Small family brand means less opportunity for growth, and because its a small family brand there isn't strict corporate structure and policy that has to be followed - but that could be seen as a pro or con depending on what your preference is. The staff bathrooms/locker rooms are not great - often crowded and cluttered.
