The Hotels do offer great benefits, yet no 401k matching, However their pay is significantly below what similar positions at comparable hotels.

Cons

Management is out of the loop, high turnover rate. High expectations and no bonuses nor incentives. One could work for any Hilton and make more with room for growth.

Work is fine to many top managers are now VP heavy! Many Jr. Mangers are resentful for success created and will go behind your back!

Cons

Avoid the owner lot of huge egos and pretense! Very explosive when help is really not offered when needed lots of finger painting!
