-Family feeling atmosphere -Great customer service experience -Employees get along well within departments and with other departments

Cons

-Pay could be higher, a lot is expected of you -Family owned, owners are older and very old fashioned

Friendly coworkers, positive environment and beautiful property. Generally good management. Amazing culinary resources and knowledge among the staff and opportunity for upwards mobility (to an extent)

Cons

- lower than average pay for both line/supervisory positions compared to similar sized hotels - demanding, sometimes difficult clientele - poor work/life balance - company refuses to spend money on necessary equipment/repairs
