The employees demonstrate remarkable loyalty, and you have the opportunity to meet wonderful people.

Cons

This company and its so-called leaders have absolutely no respect for the employees! The policies are a complete joke—totally inconsistent and only apply to a select few, mostly those in leadership roles who get all the special treatment. Upper management looks down on everyone else with this condescending attitude. It feels like they’re treating employees like indentured servants, completely indifferent to our personal well-being! And if you dare to voice a concern to the HR team? Forget it! There’s no confidentiality at all, and they’ll just look for ways to get rid of you. It's utterly infuriating!
