So much potential destroyed by consistent mismanagement
Pros
Good people, doggie Friday’s, beautiful campus, nice venues
Cons
First of all it’s ineffective to have the ceo in one office and the rest of the employees in another. At one point they hired a bunch of external talent to drive the business forward. They’ve since fired, demoted or forced out all of those people because the ceo didn’t want to hear what they had to say, which is that the company will not grow under the existing org structure. They’ve let go of great talent and hang on to the yes-men who have no idea what they are doing! The managers are an absolute joke and have no business leading teams. They bend over backwards for certain people and others are completely ignored when it comes time for promotions. The entire leadership team leaves by 3pm and everyone else stays and works.
