Pros

Opportunity for hours, access to cool institutions

Cons

Too focused on exceeding profit goals but refuse to listen to the people on the floor about it, many of the managers have to regularly work off the clock to not exceed hours

As a Floor Lead, your insights about the guest experience and store offerings are very important and in fact, are the first point of reference for Store Managers and Store Directors. - Great staff (when you’ve known everyone for 2 year) - amazing communication with regional store and corporate

Cons

- hard to get a raise - store barely has payroll to offer hours - hours keep on getting cut

We’re so glad to hear that your experience with EN team members is amazing – that level of support, communication and collaboration among everyone makes us a true TEAM. We hear you - Available hours at individual store locations have fluctuated due to Covid reopening schedules, and venue operating hours etc. As the industry recovers, we anticipate that schedules will soon be back to normal. Raises and compensation are evaluated on a regular basis, so please do check with your Store Director or our People Services team directly if you are unsure about the timing of your next review.
