      Pros

      - Company culture - Atmosphere - Luncheons - Laid back environment when you're on top of your game!

      Cons

      - Left when CyberCoders was acquired by On Assignment/Oxford International. Felt a shift in how the environment was about to change. Maybe not for the worst, but Cybercoders wasn't the same company to me after that. They still have parties and all, but as an engineer, the job wasn't as fun anymore.

      - REALISTIC potential to make huge income - Company rewards hard work and all levels of achievements with lavish gifts (hotel getaways, ipads, giftcards etc) - Fun office - TONS of social Events

      Pros

      I've been at CyberCoders almost 8 years and I have seen it grow from a start-up to the Corporate powerhouse that it is today. What keeps me at Cybercoders is the NO CAP earnings potential, flexibility (you are running your own business, you get what you put in) and my Manager! A company can have all the perks in the world but with the wrong manager it doesn't mean anything! We've got at least 6 company parties a year, fully stocked kitchens, contest and prizes galore, sick game rooms, and much more! If you are willing to work hard and put in the hours this job is very lucrative. We are not looking to employ lazy people!

      We are growing super fast, good or bad we shall see.
