      Pros

      Huge database of candidates allows you to fill your jobs pretty quickly

      Cons

      Awful corporate management, worse "trainers", and they have relegated themselves to ethically questionable practices. Automated email blasts have so infuriated a lot of candidates and clients it's getting more difficult to procure solid client base. Definitely has become an environment where quality is second to quantity and professionalism.. CEO is more concerned about throwing lavish parties than the reputation and quality of the company.

      They hire people with no experience and are willing to train them

      Cons

      There is one leader in particular who is very toxic. He belittles the people he doesn't like. The managers who report him follow this behavior. They treat you like trash unless you are a top biller. The CEO is nice but pretends to be unaware of the problem. The sales people are nice but the leadership I dealt with was awful. I was moderately successful when I worked there but then become much more successful at the next agency I went to... I contribute this to the leadership and culture of the company I went to. If you report to someone whose name rhymes with Darren Spankel please beware as he will likely make your life at this company difficult.

      Pros

      Uncapped commission, if you make placements you get paid as soon as the client pays.

      Cons

      The top 5% of folks do very well, yes you can make good money very quickly but that is not the average employee. The base salary is so low that it really only is worth it if you live in a state like Texas or Florida.
