Pros

Since 2020, ERC has proven its capabilities realizing progressive visions of all its programs: Major leadership turnover; thorough review of all jobs; policies transparently reviewed both by senior and mid-management and reviewed with staff; bonuses several times; pay increases experienced; and appropriately credentialed AND experienced staff have replaced many of the treatment roles. The pandemic brought out cooperative leadership across all programs involving spontaneous safety protocols and were the first in the state to STAY OPEN to their patients in-patient and out-patient care, and PCAP clients throughout King, Pierce, and those living outside their enrolled counties. Senior management has spent the last 2 years examining their process, principles, and theory of practice and have implemented company-wide changes to make one proud to be a part of their programming. Legacy Lodge and PPW inpatient in Everett have virtually turned over their staff AND increased all staff trainings to meet the newest industry standards in compassionate care. Both PCAP sites remained open and staff accessible during the pandemic while utilizing the highest safety standards and best practices both in the office and in community. Patients will never be treated as well anywhere else! ERC is breaking ground in 2021 with a brand new PPW inpatient building & campus, to include transitional housing. Phenomenal state of the art medical inpatient treatment for women with children.

Cons

ERC is a highly successful non-profit, but suffers from budget constraints. Bonuses are modest, BUT...if one gets, all get! 403b and other benefits are standard and accessible. Salaries are gradually improving to competitive for credentialed/licensed staff; and are slowly rising for wage staff. Still above most other treatment companies in WA state.
