Was able to move several times during my tenure, however, some departments are career-ending deathtraps depending on management. Unlimited PTO and talented colleagues.

Cons

Work-life balance limited based on department/manager, no stability (multiple layoffs during tenure with little to no warning), siloed departments stretched thin due to tenured team members being let go or leaving, low morale due to lack of communication from upper management (VP).

Remote workplace, challenging and complex work, dedicated teams, unlimited PTO

Cons

There were two rounds of layoffs and reduced benefits (no 401k match and increase health care costs) during my brief tenure. The workforce is talented and hardworking, however exploited and stretched thin with a non-stop work culture and no work life balance. Unlimited PTO is nice in theory but the reality is that people take PTO to catch up on work. It seems that leadership has made promises to clients that the company doesn’t have the capabilities to fulfill, and it is on the backs of lower rung employees to find a solution.

Remote-first company that can provide work-life balance. Managers and team/co-workers were supportive.

Cons

Rapid growth when I was hired in 2022, followed by consistent layoffs.
