-Pay, pay, pay. Denver is a BOOMING city, and rent is through the roof. Evolve is one of the companies that is contributing to the lowest income to rent ratios in the country. Change is absolutely needed in this department and the salary they're offering can only go on for so long. They can't expect full-time employees to keep their second jobs. -At 26-30 years old, you won't be able to enjoy nice meals, vacations, or hobbies because of this. -The company doesn't honor some of it's most loyal members. There are some people there who exhausted themselves for 3+ years and have continuously gotten kicked down, but picked themselves back up for the sake of the company. However, never got rewarded for it. You can try and try and try and it won't be noticed. Passion is almost insulted as 'too passionate,' then the person next to you who couldn't care less gets promoted. This won't be an issue for people that like to just keep their head down and work. -Glaringly obvious hierarchy based off friendship and tenure. Time CANNOT be a requirement for promotion or leadership -Sorority and Fraternity-Like Relationships: I've seen managers chat for hours on end about non-work-like topics. I've seen distractions from leadership that seep unto the teams behavior. I've seen gossip that was not conducive to the company be passed around like a TV drama. And I've seen it be the cause of peoples departures.

Unfortunately throughout my time at Evolve the con list has grown. Telling your employees that you care about them isn't enough as we all know actions speak louder than words. The transparency has waned, upper management has become severely, if not astronomically out of touch, and it generally feels like a disorganized organization. I believe they have made numerous hiring mistakes, one being that they have made the Sales Team 3-4x larger than the teams that are responsible for on-boarding and retaining the customers. The other reviews here have named a lot of the cons, but here are a few of note that come to mind: - Took away 401K/Roth contributions for 6 months without 1 ounce of communication by upper management. No warning, no updates, no emails, nothing. No match either. - No communication regarding "Equity" in company. - PTO rolled into paid sick days, only 12 days a month. Co-workers will show up in winter with severe colds. - Numerous incorrect pay-checks - Quotas based off of tenure with zero flexibility on quota adjustment - Employee to bathroom ratio is out of control.
