Pros
Evolve is an amazing young company which really focuses on their employees, their homeowners, and their travelers. Everyone that comes into the office quickly adopts the company culture which is contagious. Every single person at the company is here trying to build something great and will do anything that is asked of them, including the upper management. I've been in the workforce for about 8 years and have never been part of a better team or company. The contagious attitude and work ethic starts at the top with the upper management and goes all the way to our wonderful part time employees. I truly recommend this to anyone who is looking to get into an exciting and face paced company.
Cons
There aren't any cons that come to mind for me regarding working at Evolve. We're growing quickly so it is more challenging to know every single person by name, but it's still a very friendly place to work, and that's not necessarily a bad thing.
