      Exceptional leadership Constant growth and transparent work environment Goals with resources and management support Fun and bright teammates Exciting events Unique work environment Does not feel like a "job" to work here

      Cons

      Change can be slow on certain things, but very quick on others. Not always a con, but someone less flexible and with unrealistic expectations would not do well here. Wish there was a 401K matching program

      Pros

      The team is amazing. Very motivated and smart people who are welcoming and hard-working. The management is very transparent about what's happening and they give a lot of context around their decision making. Great place to learn.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit low but really not too bad for a startup.
