Regarding your feedback on remuneration I'll highlight this to our internal rewards team. As a global large enterprise we are constantly evaluating our remuneration and benefits proposition to ensure we're competitve, equitable and recognise performance. This includes extensive internal and external benchmarking and analysis.

Thanks for the review and feedback. I'd love to know more about your 'some positions are now hybrid' comment. A very large percentage of our employees are indeed working hybrid and feel this meets their needs (flexibility, work/life balance, occassionally in the office to build closer relationships and collab). The only time I could see this being a negative is if you wanted full-time remote and it's now hybrid but haven't seen or heard situations like this across the business. You are of course able to come into the office every day if that suits you. Please discuss this with your manager and/or HR to find a working pattern that works for you. Amazing culture!

Pros

Experian walks the walk when it comes to workplace culture and doesn't just talk the talk like so many others. You can bring your whole authentic self to work and be accepted as you are.

Cons

In some geographies, Experian is not as aggressive as it should be in the war for talent. Salaries and talent retention efforts lag others especially with analytical talent which is in high demand everywhere
