I had been recruited for IBM through this consultant. I was aked to relocate to Pune. after a few months in Pune location, I was again asked to Relocate to Kolkata. At this moment I could not accept this as my family didint want me to go that far from bangalore. So i was forced to either take up this offer or resign. I had to resign with no heart. Later some other faculty called me up and asked me to wait as they would assign me to someother project. They made me to waste 3 months and in the last moment they failed to assign me into any project. Now they are refusing to provide me atleast provide the relieve letter which I need very badly to join into someother company. The faculties here are very rude, they dont know the corporate behavior,They ill treat girls.This organization must be boycotted out o India.

Brand through Manpower (surprised by the number of people not familiar with Experis)

Changes that occurred at the end of 2015 messed up the entire company. CEO has changed the company model and ran out the tenured, most successful employees. Taking money from employees and putting more in the company... when they left, branches made poor hiring decisions on the sales side which resulted in bad VMS business only. No worklife balance. They say they're flexible but frown upon you if you have to leave early. Hello... its 2017, let your successful employees have flex time Too focused on metrics instead of results. Quantity of quality

morale is low. high performers are leaving. too much change and very little buy-in
