      The discount you get is good Express is the preferred young, sexy, and sophisticated designer brand among fashion-forward young women and men. We're one of the ten largest specialty retail brands in the country with $1.8 billion in sales annually and more than 550 retail outlets in the United States

      Pros

      Express offers a great employee discount as well as a chance to really learn how to offer great customer service. The employees are very friendly and the sales associates are down to earth as well. Employees have a wide range of duties so the days are not too repetitive unless you are chosen to stay in one area. Its clients are usually very friendly and talkative so working is enjoyable when the store is busy.

      Cons

      The management lies to the employees in an attempt to keep the peace and make their financial goals. The goals are very unrealistic and the management sometimes harasses the employees to sell credit cards. The pay is bi-weekly and although it is more than minimum wage it is not equal to the amount of work that is expected.
