      Pros

      Great discount. Company values are terrific. Strong training programs. Field people work very hard. Stylish, quality clothing and accessories.

      Cons

      Office culture includes a lot of backstabbing and gossip with no consequence. Check out DM turnover. You're only as good as yesterday's results.

      Paycheck. A way to kill time looking for a good environment.

      Cons

      Express has always been tough but now it is a terrible environment. Survival mode. New leadership is in a We don't care how much we destroy the people actually doing the work but we will magically snap our fingers and they will make it happen. Hours are insane. Workload is ridiculous and the Royalty in the high towers seem to have no clue what it takes to accomplish the insane requests. You will get burnt out. You will not be appreciated at all. You will get belittled for any misstep and your job will not be secure.
