      Poor leadership and diversity. Only certain individuals will ever make it to the top.

      Challenging work environment allows for continued growth. Never a dull moment in a rapidly changing industry.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs created frustration. Many areas were overworked. In a client facing role you are put in an awkward position of always having to apologize for company shortcomings.
