Pros
Pay was fair. I learned about the PBM industry.
Cons
Many. The company prides itself on turnover to keep employee competition high. You are just a number and always dispensable. Very minimal training. You're basically thrown to the lions and you are expected to figure your job out and do it without asking for help.
