      Pros

      Decent pay, benefits are okay and the ability to work from home are the positives.

      Cons

      Procedures and policies are convoluted and disjointed. Priorities change monthly. Leadership is non-existent or very ineffective. Leadership is only worried about presenting a positive spin to their leaders.
