      Some co-workers are great. Has the potential to be a good company, if they stopped getting rid of our driving away talented people

      Cons

      Great people are leaving (or gotten rid of) a lot. Pay and benefits not as good as some other companies. Pay is not equal to the amount of stress and hours expected to work. .
