Merger with Medco is a disaster, way too costly and way behind schedule, heads will roll. Cash flow is starting to be a huge problem. Rapidly losing membership lives to private exchanges. Sr. Management starting to panic since they were told they will held directly responsible for the poor results now, not lower level employees. Since they can't grow revenues, they must cut expenses which means mass layoffs by year end. Franklin Lakes building is too costly, trying to get rid of at any cost.
