      Pros

      Very flexible hours and WFH benefits. Training is very helpful when starting out with not much experience. Good bonuses annually!

      Cons

      Health Benefits are ok. High deductibles $2000 individual or $3000 family . Preventative care covered at 100% which is great

      Pros

      Most co-workers are awesome. Work at home is a nice opportunity, but need to ensure those who have it use the privilege responsibility.

      Cons

      Management! They simply do not listen. If an honest concern is voiced (co-worker cheating the time clock) you are looked at as a complainer. The facts are not checked, even though there is documentation. Favoritism is a real problem. Truth is not supported, they only want to hear good things, even when negative things are very real. Even with documentation!
