Pros

could work from home. bonus was good if you worked yourself to death

Cons

after being purchased by express scripts this company became more sales driven and not so much customer service related. Micromanaged by supervisor that have very little experience. received 4 monitored calls at 100% with many awards and yet was fired for "below standard" work...this was due to being vocal about the new sales related work that was mandatory. management does not want to hear our opinion. worked there 7 years was fired by a sup who had 1.5 years total.

Pros

Work from home option, Coworkers are friendly and caring, You might be able to advance in the company and they might give you a pay raise

Cons

Bad management, low raises, took away all perks we had as Medco Health before the buyout, This money hungry corporation even took away our Thanksgiving turkey we used to get yearly, treats employees more like work horses than an employee, Company will write you up for long call times even if you deal with all Medicare(elderly) patients

Pros

The salary was decent and the other employees in my department were great to work with. The hours were good and the team leads were helpful when needed.

Cons

There are too many management possitions for the amount of employees. It is a union shop but the union doesn't stand behind the employees at all. If the company doesn't want to keep paying long term employees their salaries they just get rid of the department you work in but in a way that keeps you from getting a severence package.
