Pros

To try and help the Pt get their meds when there are issues.

Cons

Supervisors Not know the job of the employees they are supervising. Unrealistic productivity #'s Work "Hard & Faster" and don't make a mistake working "harder & faster" or we will fire you. Local Management breaking. not following the Union contract unless it benefits them.

Pros

The PTO (paid time off) is pretty good. That is the only thing at this time

Cons

well considering you have to go through goverment clearence to work there it seems like they would treat there employees with a little respect. Alot of direction without thought. A just do it we will worry about it later
