Opportunity to work from home

Cons

Recruiter was not clear about work schedule. When we were 3 days from finishing training, we picked our schedule from a paper that other people got to pick from as well. The further down you get picked, the worse the remaining schedules were.

Cons

Very stressful and Micro managed to the max. No one wants to help you. Everyone just refers you to SOP. Instead of helping you.
