ESI purchased Medco in 2012 the two cultures have not clicked well. Lack of respect by the STL corporate office.

Pros

Need for a job, not a carrier place.

Cons

Lack of respect, does not pay well if you are located on the east. It is a sweat shop to work in and Senior management does not care about it people. Medco culture was to make medicine better to it's clients the ESI culture to make money at any costs. The yearly review process called calibration is a complete farce and totally subjective.
