      Flexible schedule, good environment, and a lot of motivated individuals that are motivated to make it a productive company.

      Cons

      If you are a hard worker, and show that you can be trusted, then you will move up in the company.

      Lots of different career avenues and paths and a good amount of opportunities.

      Cons

      Very little work life balance skewing further into losing that differentiation with more pushing of work from home. Very clique oriented and very political in career progression.
