Cons

Unreasonable hours. No work\life balance. Expecting immediate results when changes are made...And the changes are fast and frequent with little to no input by management team.

Regarding your comments about expectations for immediate results when changes are made, our industry is one that is constantly changing and evolving at a rapid pace. Pros

Management appears to really want to change the companies image and provide better work life balance.

Cons

In house information technology is reached a point where they cant resolve small in house problems efficiently and information systems are so complex the company has difficulty assessing impacts of changing environment. The company does not push authority to lower levels of management which requires VP approval to get anything accomplished.

Pros

Company provides decent vacation time but very little else. You will also have trouble actually taking your vacation time each year.

Cons

Company uses "forced rankings" for performance reviews which leads to a very destructive work environment. Regardless of performance 10% of employees are put in bottom ranking meaning no raise.
