      Pros

      There are many employees that really care about the patients.

      Cons

      Favoritism, no work-life balance, no compliance to SOPs, only those that are friends of main leader advance. They expect you to work insane hours and be always available to cover all hours. Some don't enter their vacation time, never show up and still keep all their vacation. Bonuses are rigged. Big wigs always get theirs, everyone else....not! Gossip is the main source to evaluate performance.

      Some of the employees that work for the Express Scripts truly care about their work, and are passionate about the pharmaceutical industry.

      Cons

      All levels of employees could use a course in professionalism (including Directors, and HR), no job security, unstable company, the company makes impulsive decisions at all levels.

      Pros

      Few if any: Work at home is allowed but limited. Bonus for upper management Free prescription benefits if using mail order pharmacy

      Cons

      * No work life balance * Compensation for phone and Internet access for work at home employees withdrawn after merger * constantly shifting goals and plans * constant organizational changes * year-end calibrations rigged to justify quick terminations, rather than actual employee performance and skill set * in my experience, the stingiest company I have ever worked for * old, antiquated equipment (still running 5+ year old laptops with W-XP on a majority of employee platforms)
