Pros

401k, PTO, day shift after a year if you're lucky, tuition reimbursement and sometimes great coworkers. And there's job stability if you keep quiet and stay 'under the radar'.

Cons

Management is deplorable. Supervisors are bred from former incompetent supervisors and their concern for micromanaging instead of quality training is why the Indy location is subpar. If you're not in the "Mommy Club" or a brown-noser, you're not chosen for 'special projects' that are a complete waste of company time. The team morale is non-existent, unless you want to do frivolous things such as pitch-ins and buy cake-pops. And the training consists of incompetent employees training other incompetents. Even supervisors aren't trained in the basic processes.

Pros

You learn a lot, of course through your own ability. You may get training, but its mostly a hands on job. They offer benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Processes are terrible, and some just seem to be a waste of time. They expect workers to do more work and learn other processes with no additional pay. They expect more productivity out of workers with no incentive to do so, other than holding on to the position you have. The companies actions give employees the impression that they are expendable. I have seen lots of talent just leave, and they don't utilize the talent they have.

Pros

The only thing good I can say is that they have not lowered our pay yet, and I think thats because the ESI that I work at is still covered by a union, at least until our contract expires. but on the other hand we will not get a raise either.

Cons

This is the cheapest co. I ever worked for they don't give us anything not even a christmas card no raises, working like slaves, no sitting unless your on break or lunch, no room for advancement, lots of favoritism. Can't wait to leave.
