      The people you work with are awesome people, they try to treat you like family

      Working more quickly, and changes happen a lot due to rules changes but depending on who you ask you will get a different answer

      My experience started out as a really great opportunity, only for it to end in a nightmare mass layoff. So disappointed

      Pros

      The training was really great. Learned alot an was looking forward to applying my knowledge an new job skills that were interesting to me.

      Cons

      Management was very annoying with thier micromanagement and herassment techniques. I believe alot of time and talent was wasted babysitting the new PARs and not getting their training so the new position and management skills would be a great benefit to the company as a whole.
