Pros

-there are some smart people who work there, who are open to new concepts and ways of working -there are some easy to use tools, since they are huge microsoft users (i.e. sharepoint, infopath, project, etc) -they have a really nice campus here in st louis, and a nice office space

Cons

-their matrix environment is overkill. The org chart means almost nothing at times, because there are so many relationships to manage and maintain -There are constantly PMs asking you for status to the point where you almost do not need to do your job, they will do it for you! lol!

Good company overall. I started out in call center working pt and worked my way up.

Cons

As much as this company excells in business community, they have failed to earn the respect of there employees and will never be voted best place to work in STL.
