Pros

Locations are close to home Pay is competitive -- but then, we're talking Pharmacy Tech pay, which is at the bottom of the scale, anyway.

Cons

People are not valued for their contributions -- you have look over your shoulder every minute to avoid being stabbed in the back. I was a good employee; I did good work. No one cared. Everyone is expendable. The "Express Way" is nothing but talk. They think they are going to have a "high performing workplace" by firing people left and right. The opposite effect is true -- they have to constantly hire and train new people. That includes management. The poor leadership poisons the entire enterprise. Express Scripts is by far the worst place I've ever worked, and I've been in the workforce for over 30 years. Pay heed to the majority of the reviews on this site if you are thinking of working at ESI; they are absolutely right! DON'T WORK HERE!
