Express Scripts Canada is difficultly trying to renovate itself

Pros

Good compensation compared to the market average, and that's true for salary, vacations and health benefits. Very flexible environment Very friendly environment Company trying to renovate and build new services. Many related issues, however, as explained in the cons.

Cons

Company trying to renovate by leveraging new technologies but thinks this is possible without mastering the technology! Instead, it's trying to leverage local and international vendors but things are moving difficultly with lots of problems. The company is clearly not mastering its IT projects. Requires lots of do-it-yourself. Very little opportunity for learning, especially in IT.

Working on the cutting edge of providing prescription benefits to millions of Americans. Young and vibrant workforce where you are able to be challenged on a daily basis.

Cons

Little communication top down from upper management. The integration of Medco with Express Scripts is very complex and challenging.
