Pros

Paid time off is very generous. Decent benefit package.

Cons

Leadership that manages up, not down Only concerned with the bottom line and keeping stock price up at the expense of employee work life balance. Sales makes unrealistic promises to potential clients and then IT is forced to deliver by working 60-70 hour weeks. Bonus only to management level and then that is even at manager's discretion. Instead of downsizing the right and fair way, management has been instructed from on-high to put a large number of GOOD people on a performance improvement plan. The goal is to get them to quit or if they don't, they are in the pool to be "fired" when the company needs to cut heads. In all my years in business, I have never seen such a disgusting display of zero integrity.

Pros

The day shift gives you 3 days off which is cool, and the PTO time that you can earn is real nice. You get over 6 hours per pay-period provided you put in a full 80 hours in 2 weeks.

Cons

Don't expect to get a raise worth anything. I worked with people that had been there over 6 years and weren't even making two dollars more an hour from when they fist got hired. The workload that you are given and that pay don't add up at all.

Pros

They will hire non-certified pharmacy technicians, so you can gain the knowledge necessary to pass the certification test. Certified technicians are paid a little more. It can be a good entry point into this career field.

Cons

Upper management has no respect for the workers. They are very demanding and always want more output, regardless of how well you are performing. Frequently require mandatory overtime, often with just a few hours notice (they do not care how this impacts your family or other obligations). Very little opportunity for advancement, and management plays favorites so if they do not like you personally, it does not matter how qualified you are.
