      Pros

      To try and help the Pt get their meds when there are issues.

      Cons

      Supervisors Not know the job of the employees they are supervising. Unrealistic productivity #'s Work "Hard & Faster" and don't make a mistake working "harder & faster" or we will fire you. Local Management breaking. not following the Union contract unless it benefits them.

      Pros

      They offer a decent benefits package. Compensation is about average. Non union positions have decent room for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Some sites are union workplaces which means jobs that aren't management related have restrictive guidelines and extended probationary periods. Management is often disorganized and not on the same page.

      Pros

      Good benefits, medical and prescription benefit,, dental, vision ins. , decent hours, fast, tuition assistance, accumulation of PTO time off, coaching helps improve knowledge and skills, several weeks of extensive training, the satisfaction of helping people.

      Cons

      Pressure of being judged by metrics, numbers... lack of preparation for handling automated calls and complaints about automated calls, being expected to rush from one call to next, even when systems are working slowly can be stressful. Pay could be better.
