IN THE PAST, Express Scripts had a bright outlook for its employees, with huge opportunity to move up the ladder, understanding and responsive leadership, and fair review standards.

Cons

Today, many of the seasoned employees within the company, including myself, have been let go due to re-organization or they have left due to the overwhelming workload and lack of leadership.

Extremely long hours, lack of respect from mgmt and legacy ESI ee's, questionable business practices, refusal by mgmt to recognize work / family balance, zero future opportunities, non stop rah rah about what a great place this is to work.
