Pros
Benefits are pretty decent and affordable on top of the option to make up to 2.50 extra a hour if your stats are good or 5.00 a hour if your stats are good and you are a top performer at converting prescriptions to mail order.
Cons
Pay starts at 10.25 and you have to slowly build up raises once a year. High turn over rate and back to back calls.little opportunity for advancement. Not hiring for higher paying positions, just lay offs.
