Pros

- There are still some good, talented people around - If you are a person who doesn't take many sick days, then you can accrue some extra vacation time

Cons

- If you are a former Medco person, progression in the company can be limited - barely controlled chaos - treated as a resource, not as an employee - it can be very tough to get needed changes pushed through without much, much effort - People have turned into silos....basically they hide and don't share information, since their job could be at risk or they can be replaced with someone cheaper.

Pros

The people are nice and seem to care. The cafetria selections is pretty good too. If assigned to the right project the work can be very interesting.

Cons

Constant re-orgs and changing managment (CFO left afer less than a year on the job - what did she know?) Folks outside of St. Louis live under the shadow of 'the next round of layoffs.' You'll be penalized if you decide to take their benefits and your partner/spouse has benefits from their work.
