      Pros

      Great people who are committed to an important mission Competitive compensation and benefits Culture change is real as company moves to its next stage after a long history of successful M&A driven growth

      Cons

      Can be a very fast moving culture (not a con for those for whom it is the right fit) Healthcare focus means many jobs can require availability after normal hours, holidays Aligning all leaders to and defining the culture required for organic growth is still a work in progress, so some employee experience may be inconsistent

      Pros

      This is healthcare company that really focuses on their mission of providing affordable medicines and maximum care to the patients....through the process, you have an opportunity to make great contributions. I really love this industry. To me it's important to believe in the product the company I work for is trying to produce or support; and I truly respect the work that Express Scripts does. Great place to work in terms of flexibility in some positions. Great benefits. Pay is competitive. Challenging environment.... I've had great leaders......

      If you are not great at adapting to change, you will not succeed. If you you are not interested in working hard, not the place for you.

      Pros

      Some of the best people I have ever worked with, Average pay average benefit. Easy to get a job cause people come and go all the time if you have the skill they thinks they need now

      Cons

      Worse Hr Dept I have had 30 years of working , they are clueless on normal Hr needs of the employees. You dont real have any one to talk to Just a big online dept that never really helps you get the answer you are looking for. This is not a team effort place to work every area thinks they are the most inportant and the managemant does their best to keep everyone from trying to work together.
