Being laid off, focused solely on metrics, only "all in" for the board member's pockets, drama, not really asking for input from the people doing the job every single day.

This company's work ethics and trust in their employee's were so unreasonable and devaluing to human beings who just wanted to work to make a decent and honest living. Management and Supervisors literally walked around like prison guards and wardens which made it so hard for me to feel comfortable and valued in my position I was hired for.
