      Pros are sitting in a comfy chair and typing all day. Pay is decent

      Pros

      There were no pros to this job. When it was Medco it was slightly tolerable but Express Scripts "merged" with Medco and it became a nightmare. It really earned it's ranking as 2nd worst company to work for.

      Cons

      Super micromanaged. The management was lazy and incompetent. They brought in more and more management. I can't stress the absurdity enough, it was like Office Space. I had 5 tiers of management in the building alone. The people who actually do work are treated horribly. Disrespect and threatened. The pay is crap. I was fed so many lies about raises and bonuses. Never happened. I was asked to come back.. I'd rather be homeless.

      Pros

      Good work environment, management is great. Good benefits. Decent pay range. Bonus opportunities, and project opportunities. Room to advance if you're willing to be a on the phone supervisor

      Cons

      If you do not like talking on the phone, or explaining insurance ESI is not for you. Must have patience and be willing to repeat yourself.
