Express Scripts reviews

Some of the dumbest site leadership I have ever worked with. Oracle is below par as for the way it works .

I worked as a pharmacist for Express Script from 2009 to 2015. In 2015 Express Scripts was rated #1 worse company to work for. I can confirm that in that year it was a very unprofessional environment to work for the MTM department. Management was bias. They didn't rotate holiday vacation as policy dictate. When concerns were raised one senior manager said "One guy got 5 years off in a row and still complained!" as if it's OK to give someone 5 consecutive years off while other people were left off the holiday rotation. This happened in a meeting and not in closed doors! I also worked in another department that was managed much better so I can also make a case that it is Not the worst place to work for. That would move my rating up. Whether it is the worse or third worse, in the end numbers don't lie. Unless drastic change happens, I would highly caution choosing Express Script as a career path. They still have some fantastic managers and a new CEO so there is hope. Phil
